Meuwesen wins big at sports awards

Archer Jannie Meuwesen was the biggest winner on the night after scooping the sportsman and sports star of the year awards at the MTC Namibia Annual Sports Awards on Saturday. Helalia Johannes also had her fair share of success on the night, claiming the sportswoman of the year award. Ananias Shikongo won sportsman of the year with a disability, while Lahja Ishitile took sportswoman of the year with a disability.
