All your home, bedding needs under one roof
Trusted name, trusted brands
Focus on quality over quantity.
Operating under one roof at the well-known Furniture Warehouse building, Bedding Warehouse and Home Warehouse have established themselves as two of Namibia’s most trusted names in furniture and bedding retail.
Owned and managed by Vince Dreyer since 2018, these sister companies serve a national client base from their flagship showroom in Windhoek.
“Bedding Warehouse has been in the country for almost 15 years,” says managing partner Dreyer. “We began in the south of Windhoek and moved to our current premises in May 2024. Homeconomix was rebranded to Home Warehouse, aligning the name to reflect our brand identity. The building called Furniture Warehouse is now our new home.”
With a combined staff complement that includes dedicated salespeople, auxiliary support for deliveries, and specialised account and stock managers, both businesses pride themselves on expert service and a deep understanding of their market.
What sets Bedding Warehouse apart is its unparalleled selection. “We have the biggest variety of beds on display in the country - from top suppliers like Sealy, Genessi and Cloud Nine to Slumberland and Edblo. Customers can try every mattress and receive personalised advice based on how they sleep.
“Our experienced sales staff ask the right questions to match people with the right product. It’s not about moving boxes; it’s about making an investment that lasts.”
On the home furnishings side, Home Warehouse offers a curated and constantly evolving selection. “We avoid putting the same lounge suite on the floor twice. Just like no one wants to wear the same dress as someone else, we believe your home should feel unique.”
Dreyer adds, “We cater to the middle-to-upper market, focusing on quality over quantity. Most of our pieces come from top South African suppliers, and we coordinate with others in the industry to maintain variety.”
An added advantage is the in-house interior decorator. “It’s a free service that sets us apart. From curtains and wallpaper to furniture, our decorator provides a complete home solution in one consultation.”
While their main showroom remains in Windhoek, the company delivers countrywide. “We used to have a small branch elsewhere, but centralising made sense. We now offer low transport costs to customers across Namibia.”Speaking on future aspirations, Dreyer notes, “We’re monitoring the market for expansion, especially through credit options to make quality more accessible.”
