Registrasie van kiesers vir Ncamagoro-kiesafdeling skop af

Die spesiale registrasie vir die Kavango-streeksraadverkiesing vir die Ncamagoro-kiesafdeling het afgeskop. Die verkiesing vind op 17 Desember plaas. Stemgeregtiges wie sedert die laaste registrasie 21 geword het, mense wat na dié kiesafdeling verhuis het, sowel as inwoners wat hul registrasiekaarte verloor het, kan nog tot môre registreer om te stem vir ’n plaasvervanger vir wyle mnr. Johannes Sikondo. Sikondo het op 19 September gesterf. Volgens die streeksraadswet is die verkiesingskommissie verplig om binne 90 dae ’n verkiesing te hou om sy setel te vul.
