Drie Namibiese mans is Vrydag omstreeks 12:00 naby die Omwandi-wakamanya-spoorwegbrug op Ondangwa in hegtenis geneem nadat hulle glo 'n ietermagôvel aan polisiebeamptes wou verkwansel.

Volgens die Namibiese polisie se weeklikse misdaadverslag is die wit sedan wat die verdagtes in die beweerde misdaad gebruik het, gekonfiskeer.

Die drie verdagtes sou vandag in die Ondangwa-landdroshof op klagte van die oortreding van die wet op beheerde wildprodukte verskyn.

Die polisieondersoek duur voort.
