Die gewilde kampeeroord Torrabaai gaan nié soos aanvanklik aangedui is, eerskomende langnaweek vir kampeerders oopgestel word nie.
Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR) se waarnemende besturende direkteur, dr. Matthias Ngwangwana, sê weens redes “buite hulle beheer” sal dit nie soos vroeër bekend gemaak is van 16 tot 24 Mei oop wees nie.
“Ek wil opreg verskoning vra vir ons kliënte wat reeds na Torrabaai vertrek het of beplan om deur die week soontoe te reis. Ek besef dit is onwelkome nuus, maar die kwessie ter sprake is buite ons beheer,” sê hy in ‘n verklaring.
Hy sê mense wat bespreek het, kan die bespreking verander of by een van die ander oorde plek bespreek. Hulle kan ook hul geld terugvra.
