Country Club seeks SCC qualifiers

The Windhoek Golf & Country Club will host its qualifying tournament for the Sanlam Cancer Challenge tomorrow.
Since its launch in 1993, the Sanlam Cancer Challenge (SCC) has made great strides in creating awareness and raising funds for the Cancer Associations of Namibia and South Africa to conduct research, educate the public and provide support.
Each participating golf club's qualifiers in the men's A division (handicap 0-9), B division (10-18), C division (19 to max 30) will advance to the national final to be held on 18 August at the Windhoek Country Club.
The same goes for the women's A division (handicap 0-16), B (17-24) and C division (25-36).
The club that raises the most money will win a trip to play in the Sanlam Cancer Challenge Final at Sun City.
Late starters are welcome and must report at the Pro-shop (061 258 498) one hour before the first tee-off time.
