Deel van vandag se 313 nuwe gevalle is 165 leerlinge wat 86 in die senior sekondêre skool Uukule in die Onandjokwe-distrik, 47 van die senior sekondêre skool Ekulo in Omithiya, 12 van die senior sekondêre skool Max Makushe in die Andara-distrik is. Dit sluit ook 11 onderwysers in. In Walvisbaai is uit die 52 gevalle 44 bemanningslede van 'n vaartuig.

Nog 311 het herstel wat 'n herstelkoers van 94% is. Die aktiewe gevalle staan op 1 699 waarvan 124 in die hospitaal en nege in ICU is. In Windhoek is 45 in die hospitaal en 8 in ICU.

Vyf sterftes is ook vandag aangemeld waarvan een elk op Onandjokwe, Omuthiya, Grootfontein, Rehoboth en Khorixas. Dit bring die totaal op 399 te staan.

Tot op hede is 289 625 weefselmonsters getoets, 4 623 kontakte word gemonitor en 2 186 mense is in kwarantyn.
