Namibia will send a high-level delegation, likely headed by Pres Hage Geingob, to St Petersburg for the Russia-Africa Summit tomorrow and Friday. Moscow is sure to use this year's gathering to conjure up the imagery of shared Russian and African interests, says Joseph Siegle, the director of research at the Africa Centre for Strategic Studies at the University of Maryland in the US.
