Just a number

I’m really very upset. I’m not a person that is shouting if receiving bad service and I know that the High Commission (of South Africa) is adhering only to doing certain things on certain days like only attending to the transferring of study permits to another passport only on Thursdays.
I do understand that but the High Commission is a support structure and delivers a service to the Namibian community.
When entering the High Commission the lady behind the desk was only attending to one other customer, and myself was the second customer. Is it such a big favour to ask to only receive my paper work for the transfer of the study permit from one passport to another?
This is really bad. This was the second time that they sent me away without any help.
We all work and you need to take time off from work to attend to personal matters and it’s frustrating to receive a service like this and you’re just a number. Nothing will come from it.
