Daar is twee afdelings: “Ons land, ons natuur” (omgewing, natuurtonele, wild, landskappe ens.) en “Mense, hul diere en dinge” (snaaksies, troeteldiere, kinderkaskenades ens.).
In Desember en Januarie sal vakansie, binne dieselfde twee kategorieë, die oorkoepelende tema wees.
‘n Redaksionele paneel wat bestaan uit Republikein se nuusredakteur, hooffotograaf en die aanbieder van “Kletskompas” sal weekliks drie finaliste in elke afdeling aanwys.
Hierdie video’s sal deurdring na die eindstryd vir die maand.
Maandelikse wenners en naaswenners in elke afdeling sal aangewys word deur ‘n eksterne paneel van drie persone wat bestaan uit verteenwoordigers uit die toerisme-, fotografie-/videografie- en vermaakbedrywe.
REËLS, BEPALINGS EN VOORWAARDES:
Deelnemers erken deur in te skryf dat materiaal wat hulle instuur hul eie, oorspronklike werk is, nie aan enigiemand anders behoort nie en nie onderworpe aan enige kopieregbeperkings is nie.
As dit aan die lig kom dat die voorwaarde oortree is, sal so ‘n inskrywing dadelik gediskwalifiseer word.
Deelname is beperk tot een inskrywing per afdeling per week.
Video’s moet nie langer as een (1) minuut wees nie (langer materiaal moet deur deelnemers self verkort word).
Deelnemers moet hul voornaam en van verstrek, waar en wanneer materiaal opgeneem is en bykomende inligting, sou dit nodig wees.
Inskrywings kan op sosiale media van Namibia Media Holdings geplaas en gewys word op Netwerk TV, “Kletskompas” en ander programme.
Keuring vir plasing en beeldsending berus by “Kletskompas” se hoofaanbieder.
Onvanpaste inhoud sal nie vir deelname of plasing oorweeg word nie.
Namibia Media Holdings het die reg om enige inskrywing op 'n redelike en billike wyse vir bemarkings- en kommersiële doeleindes in te span. Die voorwaarde sluit vermelding van die oorspronklike skepper se naam uit.
Wenners moet bereid wees om in die media te verskyn.
Die organiseerders is verantwoordelik vir die veilige bewaring van persoonlike inligting en rekordhouding van inskrywings en prystoekennings.
Geen werknemers van Republikein of Namibia Media Holdings en sy filliale asook hul direkte familie kwalifiseer om enige prys te wen nie.
Die organiseerders en beoordelaar/s se besluite is finaal.

HOW IT WORKS:
There are two categories: "Our country, our nature" (environment, natural scenes, wildlife, landscapes, etc.) and "People, their animals, and things" (funny moments, pets, kids' antics, etc.).
In December the overarching theme, within the two categories, will be holidays.
An editorial panel consisting of Republikein's news editor, chief photographer, and the presenter of "Kletskompas" will each week select three finalists in each category.
These videos will advance to the monthly final.
Monthly winners and runners-up in each category will be determined by an external panel of three individuals representing the tourism, photography/videography, and entertainment industries.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Participants acknowledge by entering that the material they submit is their own original work, does not belong to anyone else, and is not subject to existing copyright restrictions.
If it is discovered that this condition has been violated, such an entry will be immediately disqualified.
Participation is limited to one entry per category per week.
Videos should not exceed one (1) minute in length (longer material should be shortened by participants themselves).
Participants must provide their first name and last name, where and when the material was recorded as well as additional information, if required.
Entries may be posted on the social media of Namibia Media Holdings and broadcasted on Network TV, "Kletskompas" and other programs.
Approval for placement and broadcasting is at the discretion of the presenter of "Kletskompas".
Inappropriate content will not be considered for participation or placement.
Namibia Media Holdings has the right to use any entry for marketing and commercial purposes in a reasonable and fair manner. The condition excludes mention of the original creator's name.
Winners must be willing to appear in the media.
The organizers are responsible for the secure storage of personal information and record-keeping of entries and prize awards.
No employees of Republikein or Namibia Media Holdings and its affiliates or their immediate family qualify to win any prizes.
The decisions of the organizers and the judge(s) are final.
