Ombaye Fishing skenk vir droogtehulp

Ombaye Fishing het op Vrydag N$100 000 aan die Dare to Care-droogterampfonds oorhandig. Geld wat aan dié fonds geskenk word, word gebruik om tydens die droogte veevoersakke vir kommunale en kommersiële boere teen N$50 per sak te subsidieer. Die subsidies is beskikbaar by verskaffers van voer vir vee en wild, soos Agra en Kaap Agri Namibia. Ombaye Fishing is bekend vir sy steun aan goeie sake. Tydens die oorhandiging het Ombaye se uitvoerende voorsitter, mnr. Libolly Haufiku, gesê landbou vorm die rugraat van die land. Die besturende direkteur, mnr. Lukas Uutoni, het bygevoeg: “Dit is ons land en ons moet saamwerk sodat ons onsself kan help.” Op die foto is, van links, mnr.
