‘n Sentrum met ‘n omvattende diens en geriewe vir pasiënte met lewer- en spysverteringsiektes het in Windhoek geopen.
Aan die hoof van die sentrum staan dr. Barbara Scholz, die brein agter die sentrum wat buiten konsultasies en diagnoses ook verwysings na chirurge hanteer. Ook by die sentrum is suster Laura Obbes van StomalTherapy Services, suster Corne van der Merwe wat fokus op gevorderde sorg vir wonde asook diabetesonderrig, die dieetkundige me. Annalien Turner, terwyl daar ook fisioterapeute aan diens is.
