FNB Tsumeb se kliëntediens is baie swak. Die navraetoonbank staan vol mense, maar een klerk by die toonbank wat meer op die telefoon is as om die mense te help. Die ander klerk is by die deur uit en kom met 'n arm vol eetgoed terug, maar kom ook nie weer terug toonbank toe nie. Ek staan al 45 minute in die ry en was die sesde persoon in die ry.
