IUM launches new website
The International University of Management (IUM) has officially launched its new and refreshed website last week.
The website serves as a powerful information and communication tool for the university. A few of the goals with the website were to make it faster, responsive to all devices, content-rich, more user-friendly and multilingual for the non-English speaking audience. Most of all, the university wanted to assist its clients to get to know IUM services and products better especially prospective students. It further provides visitors an easier way to browse information based on their own choice.
There is, thus, a whole host of smaller but powerful changes on the updated website. It includes changes to navigation, with a responsive design for both mobile and desktop versions. IUM has also improved the structure of the content, to allow visitors to get more from a quick read. The website is interactive and gives better access to About the University, News, Faculties, and Campuses, Admission, Student life, Student corner, Library, Gallery, contact detail and upcoming events, amongst others. Additionally, what is different on the updated website is that each IUM campus has its own page where information about the campus can be viewed. The Faculty pages have also been improved extensively in terms of content.
Furthermore, amongst the new features the refreshed site contains integrated social media buttons for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to foster improved communication with the clients. The website content will constantly be updated with valuable information, articles, newsletters, announcements, events, and research publications in the News section. The updated website URL remains www.ium.edu.na and can be viewed from anywhere in the world.
