It is raining accolades on Indongo Toyota

INDONGO Toyota from Walvis Bay recently received top accolades from Toyota South Africa. Willem Baartman, the General Manager of Indongo Toyota, said they are proud of the recognition and that they received three awards – the most for any single Toyota dealer in Namibia.

The awards are for excellence in the new vehicle and parts departments.Their new vehicle salesperson, Gawie Baartman, individually sold the most vehicles of all Toyota dealerships in Namibia and the Western Cape. Baartman added that Indongo Toyota is exited and positive about the future and that they are working hard to ensure that Indongo Toyota will become the dealer of choice in Namibia.

He further added that Indongo Toyota does not want to be the biggest dealer in Namibia, only the best. Baartman commented that the accolades further show the positive affect of focusing on what the customers want and it shows that the staff is working together as a team while handling each customer properly. Indongo Toyota recently upgraded their 18th Street facility to identify the premises better and to offer a better customer experience, especially for the service centre customers. Baartman said that this upgrade is the start of the Toyota New Concept project that will be completed by 2013.

This project when completed will be a world class facility that will showcase Indongo Toyota’s commitment to Walvis Bay and the commitment of becoming the best Toyota dealer in Namibia. When asked about how Indongo Toyota will achieve its goals, Baartman answered that they are constantly improving their systems, they actively listen to what customers want, they rectify problems immediately when they arise and they always keep their promises.

Baartman added that they are constantly looking for additional products and services to offer their customers and that Indongo Toyota now has the only ToyotaCare mobile field service unit that covers all areas within the Erongo Region and the Namib Naukluft Park area. We also offer a 24 hour standby number, he said.

The internet is also an important medium through which to communicate with the market and Indongo Toyota has their own web site that is updated daily with information about the products they sell, such as their used vehicles and ToyotaCare Microdot security system. (The website’s URL is www.indongotoyota. com).

Baartman said that Indongo Toyota is committed to sustainable business practises, with proper environmental management at their core. He said that all the changes and upgrades will take time but Indongo Toyota has defined its goals and has focused on the issues at hand to drive the processes.

Baartman further added that Indongo Toyota is doing all it can to ensure trouble free motoring for their customers who in turn can rest assured in the knowledge that a dedicated team is behind them all the way.
