Southern African countries like Angola, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and South Africa's human rights' communities, human rights lawyers and activists should start serious legal research, with the express intention of bringing respective current governments to international courts for gross human rights violations during the recent past, dating from 1964-1990.
For instance, Angola's MPLA, Namibia's SWAPO for it's Lubango Torture Dungeons, Robert Mugabe from Zimbabwe for the slaughter of his own people during the 1980's when he unleashed his dreaded 5th Brigade, trained by North Korean in savagery and brutality that defy proper human understanding.
Both South Africa's ANC & SACP should also be legally pursued, for their Quatro Camp in Angola during the period 1966-1987, where their respective leaders murdered, tortured and raped their very own people.
Frelimo from Mozambique should also come under the legal microscope, for human rights violation during it's War for Independence from Portugal, where atrocities were committed in the jungle far from the global media's "prying eyes and ears".
This should be done, using Europe's Nuremberg trials as an example, where the leaders of Hitler's monstrous Nazi Party were put on trial.
There appear to be "small fries" taken to The Hague and the brutal period of the late 1960's, like in Biafra and other parts, of Africa, where atrocities shocked the civilized world, is not taken into account.
