“Before starting my business, I really wanted a large platform to have a strong influence in the society or the asset management industry. To learn new skills is a dynamic way to grow your know-how and be able to create job opportunities,” she says.

With this attitude comes courage so at Tenacity they try and focus on things they can do differently by creating their own trends and not following trends with being consistent. Providing a quality service is of most important to Silas and knowing her target audience.

One of the challenges they have faced is ‘growth versus quality’.
“The time my business was growing it was growing at a slow pace and that did not allow us to focus on every customer ourselves. So we felt the quality will start to decrease and that urged us to hiring new people, hiring candidates that fit the company was crucial for us,” she says.
Their biggest accomplishment is the ability to operate countrywide and employing people, thus creating job opportunities.
Silas’s word of advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is: “Challenge yourself. Take risks. Have a vision. Find good people and do the work.”
