Bank's new investment service

BANK Windhoek recently introduced Investment Servicing, adding to its comprehensive range of products and services. Bank Windhoek’s Investment Servicing resides under the division of Global Custody and Transactional Banking. “With the new Global Custody division, Bank Windhoek will be able to assist global custodians, brokers and institutional investors with the safekeeping of assets and settlements of trades.

“With Investment Servicing, Bank Windhoek will provide our customers with a range of value added services demonstrating that Bank Windhoek is committed to continuously seeking ways to improve our customer service,” said Bernadette Moller, Senior Manager of Global Custody and Transactional Banking.

Bank Windhoek’s Global Custody and Transactional Banking division offers a full range of services which include:

• Cross border and local trade settlement of equities, bonds and money market instruments

• Receipt and delivery of stock exchange and Governments and Corporate Debt Trades

• Safe keeping of certificates and related documents

• Trade, portfolio and cash reporting

• Income collection

• Corporate action administration and reporting

• Proxy voting services

• Sub-custody arrangements with global custodians
