50 houses for Okahao
The minister of urban and rural development, Peya Mushelenga, on Wednesday handed over 50 houses built by the National Housing Enterprise (NHE) through a public-private partnership at Okahao in the Omusati region. The minister launched the project a year ago. According to the minister, NHE undertook to construct 5 000 housing units over a four-year period, which results in 1 250 houses being delivered per annum. The houses cost between N$300 000 and N$500 000.
