The British High Commission in Windhoek gave bursaries to four studens from Change, an organisation that is involved in the rehabilitation of ex-offenders to give them training in various fields.
The organisation awarded the bursaries to students studying the basics of motor mechanics at the Windhoek Vocational Training Centre in Khomasdal, Windhoek.
The British High Commissioner, Mr Mark Bensberg, visited the facility yesterday to see how the students were performing.
