The 6000 soccer tournament

THE Oluno soccer field will host the 6000 soccer tournament from 20 to 22 March 2010. While this is the first time that the tournament will take place, the organisers hope to make it an annual event. A total of N$10 000 is up for grabs.

The winner will pocket N$6 000, while the runner up and 3rd place will respectively win N$2 400 and N$1 200. The top goal scorer as well as the best player will go home with N$150 each while the best match official will receive N$100.

Teams interested in participating should register on or before 19 March at 6000 Liquor (Epale complex) in Ondangwa where the draw for the tournament will take place. Registration is N$400, and the tournament kick-off is at 08:00 on 20 March.
