NAMPOL, SKW continue fight for the league title

KHOMAS Nampol and SKW conŽtinue their head on head fight for the Northern Volleyball League. Both teams won their first matchŽes of the second round, leaving KNVC leading the log with SKW in second place. Northern Namibia VS showed once again that they are a tough team to beat for anyone.

They managed to take a set from both SKW and KNVC. Their consistent performance might pay off at the end of the league in the fight for a podium finish. In the Men’s Southern League NDF A managed a clean 3-0 vicŽtory against Rehoboth VC to conŽfirm their position as one of the key title contenders. The second round of the NaŽtional Ladies League kicks off toŽnight, with NDF taking on DTS and Revivals facing Elegance at 19:00 and 21:00 respectively at Patrick Iyambo Police College.

The results were: NVF Men’s Northern League KNVC beat Revivals VC 3:0 (25:6, 25:17, 25:17) SKW beat Northern Namibia 3:1 (25:21, 25:17, 23:25, 25:18) KNVC beat Northern Namibia 3:1 (25:13, 22:25, 25:19, 25:20) SKW beat Revivals 3:0 (25:14, 25:22, 25:18) NVF Men’s Southern League Elegance beat NDF B 3:1 (25:21, 23:25, 25:19, 25:23) Rehoboth lost to NDF A 0:3 (13:25, 9:25, 25:27)
