Jetty Mile held at Swakop

THE Pupkewitz Jetty Mile wil be held on Saturday at 15:30 with Tiger Reef Beach Bar as the starting and finishing point. The time for the swim start is 15:30 at Tiger Reef for one mile swim, or 15:30 at The Mole for the 800 m swim. Trophies, medals and various vouchers are up for grabs. Free event T-shirt awaits the first 70 entries.

A specially nominated CB Enterprises prize is N$1000 for the first person to arrive back at Tiger Reef Beach in the 1 mile category. Registration (collecting numbered caps and shirt at OTB Sport in Swakopmund) closes on Saturday at 12:30. Entries can be done at OTB Sport Craft Centre, Wernhil, Swakopmund or Oshakati.
