With regards to the complaint regarding the telephone not being picked up or attended to, I have the following to say: One of our front desk telephones is faulty in the sense that when someone call from outside it does not ring on our side but from the caller’s side it rings as normal.

After receiving the complaint we tried to establish what was wrong and we are arranging for Telecom to replace the telephone ASAP. We are having two numbers that the callers can use: 061-215912 or 061-249267. We have also addressed the Box Office cashiers to be at their workstations at all times and answer the calls. Our sincere apologies to the clients that were affected and we will ensure that the situation is corrected in no time and that all calls will be attended to.
