Insensitive road users

A concerned client and worried road user writes:

I am writing this letter as a respected and loyal customer of Klingenberg fuel centre on the corner of Krupp Street. I always make use of this shop because it is convenient, easy and safe to shop at before you go to work in the morning and I also feel that the food served here is well prepared and nicely packed for the person who wants to grab a quick bite before you go to work.

Unfortunately my whole perception was changed due to the number of legal taxis and private vehicles that make use of the western exit of this filling station to either collect or drop their passengers. These vehicles have absolutely no respect for the clients of this filling station and/ or any other road user.

They block this exit completely and they ignore you if you need to pass. Surely the management can do something about this? I have started to avoid this shop because of this situation and I am quite certain that I am not the only person feeling the way that I do. My feelings can easily be ignored but I wonder how the management of this filling station will feel once more clients decide to go somewhere else.
