Money needed to monitor elections

Brave NDP President writes:
 
URGENT NDP calling and appealing for independent election observers and independent election agencies to be sent to both foreign countries and Namibia on 13 November and 27 and 28 November 2009 in order to monitor and to observe Namibia’s election.

The national democratic party (NDP) with a powerfull slogan Seli Nako, (The Hour has come) in order for Namibia ’s election to be free and fair, the NDP is calling and appealing to all stake holders and the countries to assist both financial and resources for the independent election observers and election agencies to be send for observe and monitor elections.

Those who are requested to support in any form of assistance to assis the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) are as follows:

The government of Namibia, the SACD countries, the African Union (AU) and to all independent organisations, companies, and super power developed countries in the world for an agent assistance.

If the world is so serious to promote and support free and fair elections and democracy multiparty system in the world then I request to respond positively as a matter of agency.
