RUNDU - The All People's Party (APP) will hold its electoral college here on Saturday to elect a list of 72 National Assembly candidates.
The one-day electoral college is expected to be attended by 120 APP delegates from the country's 13 political regions.
APP national chairman Herbert Shihwameni told Nampa that the electoral college will “produce a list of tested and capable candidates”.
Shihwameni said soon after concluding the electoral college, the party will hold a rally on Sunday at Kangongo village in the Mukwe constituency to announce its 72 candidates to its members and supporters.
The rally will be addressed by APP president Ignatius Shixuameni.
The APP already launched its 2009 election manifesto titled “For fundamental change and just wealth redistribution” last month.
