Ek gaan dit kanseleer skryf:
EK is baie teleurgesteld in Motorite se diens. Julle is 2 jaar vooruitbetaal, maar my eerste claim kan julle kamstag nie uitbetaal. My service intervals dan nie so ver uitmekaar. Ek voel om dit te kanseleer. RESPONSE: Werner Cilliers from Motorite Namibia responds as follows: Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your letter dated the 20 December 2011 It seems that the above mentioned customer did not adhere to the service requirements as stipulated in his/her booklet under “When the vehicle must be serviced”. It clearly states that the vehicle should be serviced according to manufacturer’s specifications and that Motorite will allow an additional 1500 km on petrol engines and 1000 km on diesel engines either side of the specified service interval. Motorite can unfortunately not resolve customer queries by means of the media and would like to invite the customer to make contact with me directly to investigate and try to resolve his/her complaint.
