Official signing marks start of Elisenheim development

Situated a mere ten kilometres from the heart of the capital, the sprawling Elisenheim estate is an estimated 15 year expansion project. Plans are to grow this one-of-its-kind development, into a vibrant self-contained town with convenient municipal functions and facilities, offering an excellent return for its buyers. The development will however, not be independent from the Windhoek municipality, who is working in close conjunction with the EPDC as one of the City of Windhoek’s groundbreaking projects. They will supply the relevant services.
